These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Servo Spy mobile application and related services. By using Servo Spy, you agree to these terms.
Use of the App
Servo Spy provides tools to help users discover fuel stations, view pricing information, save stations, manage alerts, and access optional paid features. You agree to use the app only in compliance with applicable laws and these terms.
Accounts
Some features may require an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity that occurs under your account.
User Content and Submissions
If you submit fuel price information or other content, you are responsible for making sure that information is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have the right to provide it.
Subscriptions
Servo Spy may offer auto-renewable subscriptions for premium features through Servo Pro. Subscription pricing, duration, and available plans are shown in the app before purchase.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings after purchase.
- Any unused portion of a free trial, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription where applicable.

Availability and Changes
We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the app at any time, including features, pricing, or availability.
Disclaimers
Servo Spy is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that fuel prices, station details, or availability information will always be complete, accurate, or up to date.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or use, arising out of or related to your use of Servo Spy.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to Servo Spy if we believe you have violated these terms or used the app in a way that could harm the service or other users.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date on this page.
